  • By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the App

The App provides AI-powered feedback based on user input.

Disclaimer: The App is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice.

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Harass, impersonate, or defraud others.
  • Interfere with App functionality or security.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Basic use of the App is free with daily limits.
  • Premium features require a paid subscription, processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • All billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the respective app store and subject to their policies.
  • Prices and features are subject to change with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights in the App, content, branding, and related materials are owned by RFR App LTD.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the App except as permitted under applicable law.

6. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The App provides AI-generated outputs which may be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • We make no warranties as to the reliability or accuracy of results.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFR App LTD disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RFR App LTD and its affiliates, directors, and employees from claims or liabilities arising from:

  • Your misuse of the App.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
